Week Two and Three of P90X
I will admit, I felt very weak when I was going through my first week of the P90X program. The 2nd week I was beginning to show some improvements, but my biggest jump has been in week 3 thus far. My pushups and pullups have drastically increased, and I think a few more weeks of this I’ll be able to keep up with Tony. I know everyone thinks the Plyometrics is the “toughest” workout, and yes, i’m still struggling to keep up. However, I think the hardest workout has got to be legs and back. I’ve completed it 3 times now, and each time I come very close to throwing up. It’s just a killer! So far so good, if one is serious about fitness, the P90X will definitely whoop you into shape. I can already see results with my abs, that ab ripper x is ridiculous.
