Today was the P90X strength workout, shoulders and arms. As I begun the workout I quickly remembered that I threw away my 40 lb. stretch band the day before and would be forced to complete this P90X workout with the 30 lb and 50 lb bands. When I started doing the shoulder presses and deep swimmers presses with the 50 lb. band I didn’t think that I was gonna make it. I managed to complete each of the exercises with at least 8 reps each. I am quite sur that my shoulders are gonna be really sor tomoorw.

I was also forced to use the 30 lb. band for all of the tricep extension exercises. The only one that gave my trouble was the flip-grip twist kickback. That was a little tough with the 30. In my first round of P90X I always used the 20lb. band for this exercise.

Afterwards I completed the entire Ab Ripper wordout. My abs were still feeling ripped from the previous workout but I managed to power through this wourkout ny doing at least 20 reps of each exercise. Tomorrow I am goona man up and do the Insanity Workout fit test. If it goes the same way the first time I did it, I should be really tired tomorrow night.

Today was a cario workout for the P90X. I had the option of doing Kenpo X or running on the treadmill. I opted to run 2.5 miles on the treadmill. I don’t mind Kenpo X but it is not easy to do with a toddler running around. Tonight was daddy daycare because mommy was working late. I managed to burn almost 300 calories in just over 20 minutes of jogging. My abs are not too sore from the ab workout yesterday. Tomorrow when I have my second strength workout of the week I will shoot for getting between 20 and 25 reps in of each of the ab exercises.

You should buy the P90X workout system because it is an extremely well built, well-designed workout system that guarantees results. Beachbody offers a 90 day guarantee on the P90X! You will get a ripped body from this!
Most companies would go out of business if they placed these types of guarantees on their products, not Beachbody. Beachbody knows that their products are the best and they treat them accordingly.
What makes the P90X the best home workout system? Simply answered, its design makes it the best. The P90X was not “thrown” together. It was researched and designed by a team of individuals that included the well-known personal trainer Tony Horton.
First off, the muscles are grouped together and organized throughout the workout. Each muscle group is workout out at least once each week over the 90-day period. There are three strength and three conditioning workouts each week. They alternate so that you never do two strength or two conditioning workouts in a row. After each strength workout comes the Ab Ripper. The Ab Ripper is a 15 minutes ab workout that will leave your midsection, well, ripped up. It is the best ab workout that I have EVER done.

This next paragraph may be surprising to you. The second piece that makes the P90X the best workout is the detailed diet that comes with it. The P90X comes with an extremely detailed diet that tells you exactly what to eat. The goal of this P90X is to get your body’s metabolism going and to start burning up all that stored fat. The diet has you eating 5 meals a day. Each day, there are three main meals eaten at their normal times broken up by two small snacks.

The comprehensive diet also helps you determine how much you should be eating. Depending upon factors that include you age, height, weight, and activity level, the P90X also comes along with information that helps you determine how many calories you should be consuming each day to carefully and slowly lose weight.

This may sound too good to be true but I guarantee you that it isn’t. Team Beachbody thought of everything when they put together the P90X. If you are serious about working out, this home workout system is for you. After completing the 90-day P90X program your body will not look the same. You will be a much improved version of yourself.

If you are not sure about the P90X’a $119.85 price tag, I would strongly urge you to sign-up to be a Beachbody Coach. Being a coach will give you 25% off of everything Beachbody sells. Upon signing up to be a coach, the initial fee of $39.95 will be waived if you purchase a workout system at the same time. After that it is just $15 a month. I used my discount to purchase protein bars and such at a discount.
