Running With P90X
Today was a cario workout for the P90X. I had the option of doing Kenpo X or running on the treadmill. I opted to run 2.5 miles on the treadmill. I don’t mind Kenpo X but it is not easy to do with a toddler running around. Tonight was daddy daycare because mommy was working late. I managed to burn almost 300 calories in just over 20 minutes of jogging. My abs are not too sore from the ab workout yesterday. Tomorrow when I have my second strength workout of the week I will shoot for getting between 20 and 25 reps in of each of the ab exercises.
