Wow, was I exhausted today!! My whole body felt tired during my workout, especially my legs! I take that as a testament to how hard I pushed yesterday during my fit test. I really gave it my all, and I think my body was still recovering today. I still worked hard during the Plyometric Cardio Circuit, but I felt like I struggled more than I did last time I did this workout. However, that could also mean that I’ve moved to a new level. It could be that I am pushing myself harder, doing more repetitions, and therefore, have to take more breaks! I’m hoping that is the case. That really is the beauty of this workout. No matter how in-shape you are or how many times you do the workout, it will always be challenging because the goal is to push yourself to your limits! When your limits go up, you push harder until they go up again! It’s amazing! Well, today was the two week results day! I did my measurements before I took the Fit Test, and then I did my second round of the Fit Test. I was so excited about the results of my measurements! I lost 2.75in in my waist AND in my hips!! I also lost an inch in each arm and an inch in each leg! Here are my measurements from Day 1 and then from Day 15:

Now THAT is what I call RESULTS!! I also so a great improvement in my Fit Test results! I was able to improve in every single exercise during the Fit Test and I definitely pushed myself as hard as I could go! My video blog today is a little different. I decided to record the entire Fit Test, but I edited a lot of it out because the video ended up being so long. You can still see parts of every exercise in the Fit Test and get a little taste of INSANITY

INSANITY Day 14: Pure Cardio (Round 3) and Cardio Abs <—- Video Blog
Finished my first DOUBLE WORKOUT day! Woo hoo!!! If you’re wondering why I did this on Day 14 instead of Day 13 like it says on the calendar, it is because I switched my days. Yesterday I went sport clay shooting and then my mom took us out to dinner, and I didn’t think it wise to do my first double workout after going out to dinner. I was disappointed in myself yesterday, but after my workouts today, I’m glad I waited. After my day off, I was really able to push myself today during Pure Cardio. I took only a few breaks, and I was able to go so much faster and further than I could in the past! When I got done, I was EXHAUSTED, but I felt so good about what I was able to do. I had to take a break between Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs. I waited about two hours and then did Cardio Abs, which is another great workout. It was hard, and I couldn’t do all of it, but I was able to keep up better than I thought. I’m excited that that workout is now added into the mix. Tomorrow is Fit Test and measurement day and I could not be more excited! I can’t wait to see the change that my body has gone through
