P90X: The 2nd Week
My second workout with plyometrics was still very challenging, but I did notice an increase in my stamina. My first time through I took extended water breaks almost every time. I only took two this time. My goal next week is to power through the entire workout without taking any extended breaks.
Kempo X is emerging as my favorite workout. I have never been too keen on kickboxing but the workout that I get is outstanding.
I am still having difficulties with Yoga. I’m not flexible and am very impatient. Yoga is 80 minutes long. Despite having only done it twice though, I have began to notice a different in my flexibility. Hopefully this carries over to my golf game!
I have been adhering to the diet supplied by Team Beachbody. I am on the 2000 calorie slim down diet. In jus t 14 days, I have already shed around 7 pounds. I know that the weight loss will slow down from here, but the results so far have been amazing and I feel like a million bucks every morning when I jump out of bed.
I am looking forward to getting the third week over with and beginning the 2nd phase of P90X!
