P90X / Insanity Workout Challenge Day 30
Today was the P90X‘s shoulders and arms workout. I love this workout! What I love most about this workout is that afterwards your shoulders and biceps are really pumped! The workouts bounces back and forth between triceps, biceps, and shoulders. The shoulder exercises really get me going. Tony has me doing a lot of standing dumbbell presses. I don’t have dumbbells so I have been using my Beachbody stretch bands. All I have is a 50lb. and a 30 lb. band. So all of my shoulder presses are done with the 50. For biceps he of course has me doing a ton of curls. There are a four different variations but a curl is a curl. For triceps I stick with my 30 lb. band. For the tri’s he has me doing a lot of extensions. Like I said in my opening, I love this workout and am going to miss it. I just finished my 3rd week and I won’t see it again until my 9 th week.
