P90X / Insanity Challenege Day 3
Today’s workout consisted of the P90X‘s shoulders and biceps workout. This workout wasn’t nearly as tough as Sunday’s P90X workout, however, I was sure to feel the burn in each set. I tried to get each set’s reps to 10-12. The Ab Ripper was extremely challenging too. “They” are correct when they say that if you don’t use them they go away. I thought the Ab Ripper was going to kill me today. At the end of my first round of P90X the Ab Ripper was still challenging but I could complete it fully. Each exercise has 25 reps in it and I was barely able to complete all of them with 20 reps. The only thing I can do is to continue to bring it. See you tomorrow!
