My Insanity Workout Fit Test / Insanity
I have done the Insanity workout program a bit before so the fit test was nothing new to me. It has been a while since I have “Pushed play” on an Insanity DVD. Needless to say the trainer who leads the Insanity workouts, Shaun-T, didn’t waste any time getting me sweating.
The first test wasn’t too difficult. It is supposed to be used to track your improvements throughout the 60-day program. I will be doing the fit test every 15 days and tracking my progress with a chart provided for free from Beachbody. Below are the results from my first Insanity workout fit test.
March, 12th 2010
- Switch Kicks – 85
- Power Jacks- 46
- Power Knees- 83
- Power jumps – 25
- Globe Jumps – 8
- Suicide Jumps- 13
- Push-Up Jacks- 30
- Low Plank Oblique- 50
