Healthy Meals

One of the best parts of being a Beachbody Coach or in the Beachbody Club  is having access to the Meal Planner that Beachbody provides. If you are a person who hates having to plan out all of their meals while keeping track of all the nutritional information than the Meal Planner from Beachbody is more than perfect for you.

Last summer when I started the P90X  I was not looking forward to the diet portion. I hated having to come up with meals that would be healthy and all the while keeping track of the food’s nutritional value.  It was very tedious for me but I also knew that I needed to do it to get the results I wanted from my 90 days with the P90X. So I decided to use the Meal Planner Beachbody provides to its Coaches and Club members.

The options available are truly unbelievable and take all of the thinking out of eating healthy. I was able to pick a diet that provided the framework I needed to help me achieve my goals.  I was able to tweak the diet a bit to meet my daily caloric needs and I was also provided with a weekly shopping list. As I said before, Beachbody offers this option to its Coaches and Club members.  The cost of being a Club member is actually quite low and is a great deal.  Being a Club member costs only $12 a month.
