Beachbody’s newest workout system, Turbo Fire with Chalene Johnson, has just been released. Turbo Fire is the sequel to Chalene Johnson’s previous popular workout system, Turbo Jam.
Turbo Fire is high intensity cardio training that is based off of H. I. I. T. training (High Interval Intensity Training). This type of training looks to get your heart rate up to a fat burning level and then briefly lower it with a short water break.
Turbo Fire incorporates a lot of her moves from Turbo Jam with new innovative moves that are geared towards sculpting your body. Plan on burning up a lot of calories and having fun too.
