Bowflex 552 Adjustable Dumbbells

The Bowflex 552 adjustable dumbbells replaces 15 sets of weights. Weights adjust from 5 to 52.5 lbs. (2.5 lb. increments the first 25 lbs.) Easy-to-use selection dials for adjusting weights.

These dumbbells are great! They are an investment but they are well worth their money in the end. The dumbbells adjust very easily and are not difficult to work out with .  I use mine with my P90X workouts.  Check out the link below to learn more about them.
